Shipping & processing time for most of the items
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping ready-made items is 1-2 days, but I do expect to receive the item within 7-8 working days of the order. For more details, see individual items.
Processing time for custom orders
Custom orders may take 1-2 months to produce and ship. Generally, processing & shipping time is agreed upon when kicking off the project.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Sorry, we have had some experience with this, and some countries are better than others!!!
